Hannes Dreeckmeier Biokineticist
Hannes Dreeckmeier (Pr no: 00041661)

Hannes Dreeckmeier is married and has two daughters. Him and his family has been living in Pretoria for the past 25 years. Hannes is an avid sport enthusiast and has competed in various sporting disciplines during his life i.e Comrades Marathons, Ironman Triathlons, The Munga, 36ONE MTB Challenges,  Sani2C, Joburg2C, TRAPNET, 94.7 Cycle Challenge and various other events. He believes that sports and activity plays a valuable and essential part in living a healthy, balanced life! 

Focal areas: 

  • Injury and orthopaedic (pre- and post surgery) rehabilitation with specific emphasis on hip, knee and back pain
  • Sports specific conditioning and rehabilitation
  • Equestrians rehab, conditioning and exercise prescription
  • Diabetes (especially children with diabetes)

  • BA(HMS ) – University of Stellenbosch
  • BA Hons – Biokinetics – University of Pretoria

Work background: 

  • Internship: UNISA and Sidney Academy of Sport and Recreation, Australia
  • Private Biokinetic Practices at:  Virgin Active Sandton and Virgin Active Bedfordview (2000), BIOLIFE Health And Fitness Centre at the Garsfontein Secondary School which later moved to Garsfontein  (2001 – 2026). In 2026 BIOLIFE Health and Fitness Centre was renamed to BIOLIFE Wellness InMotion and relocated to Constantia Park, Pretoria.

Kathleen Mantcheva Biokineticist

Kathleen Mantcheva is a qualified Biokineticist and a Dance Science enthusiest, with Classical Ballet Biomechnaics and Dance injury rehabilitation being her primary interest. She has a passion for giving people – from all walks of life – the space to unlock the freedom of movement. She believes choosing health and movement everyday allows the body and mind to work in harmony.
