Senior fitness is a program aimed at pensioners and older individuals who would like to train with like-minded people, partially or fully supervised, to ensure that you train effectively and safely.
Sometimes it can be daunting to start an exercise program as you are unsure of what to do and what the most effective and safest way would be for you to exercise. With our senior fitness program we provide supervised exercise and information sessions. We do a health check to determine if you can start exercising on your own or in a group, or if you need an additional evaluation and rehabilitation program. Before joining the groups classes or exercising on your own, care is taken to ensure that you feel confident and that it will be safe for you to exercise on your own or in the group.

SPECIAL: Senior Fitness Monthly Package for R310/month includes gymnasium membership that can be used to train between 8:00-12:00 Mondays to Fridays. This include a monthly contact session with one of our biokineticists and a program adaptation/prescription to ensure that you train effectively.
There is also an option of group classes where you train under biokinetic supervision either as a group in the studio or in the gymnasium, group classes are R450 for two supervised sessions/week and R690 for unlimited sessions. These sessions can be claimed back from your medical aid if you have a medical reason to exercise.
All contracts have a card fee of R70 as well as a joining fee of R360 that includes a short evaluation and program prescription. If you need a specific rehabilitation program you first need to do a biokinetic evaluation after which you can join the group classes.31
